These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the lead delivery services
provided by VVS Agency (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By signing up or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

VVS Agency provides targeted business leads delivered directly to clients via email or CRM.
Leads are generated through digital marketing campaigns and are matched by service area and industry.

2. Getting Started

Upon activation, each client will receive 10 leads as part of the onboarding package. These leads are exclusive and location-specific, designed to give your business a strong starting point. Leads are sent as they are generated in real time.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 7 days of service activation. If you're not satisfied for any reason and request a refund within this period, your payment will be fully refunded—no questions asked. After the 7-day period:

  • Each lead is eligible for a 24-hour return request window.

  • If you believe a lead is invalid or unusable, you must notify us in writing (via email) within 24 hours of receipt.

  • After 24 hours, no refunds or credits will be issued, as we incur real-time costs for lead generation and delivery.

4. Lead Validity

A valid lead is defined as a unique individual or business who has expressed interest in your services by completing a form or interacting with our marketing. We do not guarantee:

  • That leads will result in closed business

  • The intent or budget of the lead

  • That contact will be reached or responded to

We verify each lead before sending, but results may vary, and we make no guarantees regarding conversion or financial outcomes.

5. Payment Terms

By using VVS Agency’s services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file automatically as each lead is delivered.

  • Per-lead pricing will be communicated clearly before service activation.

  • Charges are applied in real time as leads are sent to you.

  • You agree to maintain an active, valid payment method on file at all times.

  • If a charge is declined or your payment method fails, delivery of leads may be paused until the issue is resolved.

All fees are billed in U.S. dollars. Payments are non-refundable except as outlined under our Refund Policy in Section 3.

6. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Respond to leads promptly and professionally

  • Not resell or redistribute leads received through VVS Agency

  • Provide accurate business information for targeting and communication

7. Termination

You may cancel service at any time by written request. VVS Agency also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if there is any breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VVS Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the issue in question.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
